Crème de la Ferme also supplies an instant chocolate powder. Our chocolate base powder combined with a special flavor powder gives a delicious chocolate spread. Our cacao flavor powder is specially composed for us by Barry-Callebaut. The chocolate spread can be produced using the same production process and equipment as for cheese spread.

Crème de la Ferme chocolate base powder is packaged in bags of 20 - 25 kg and cacao flavor powder in bags of 2 – 2,5 kg. The amount of chocolate base powder and cacao powder is to be mixed with 85 % water, which means 1 kg powder gives 1,85 kg chocolate spread. This gives our clients the ability to produce chocolate spread locally, against a very competitive price.
