LFT B.V. - Logical Food Technologies B.V. has developed Crème de la Ferme. Crème de la Ferme is an instant cheese spread powder. Crème de la Ferme instant cheese powder consists of fresh natural healthy traceable ingredients. The powder is a mixture of stabilizers and natural or natural identical flavors etc. Mixing 1 kg of Crème de la Ferme instant cheese powder with the following ingredients gives 10 kg of healthy cheese spread with a fat content of about 20-21%.

Butter (80%-82% milk fat) * 1.2 kg
* Butter can be substituted with margarine with 80%-82% fat content.

Packaging Crème de la Ferme instant cheese base powder is supplied in 22 kg per bag. The bag is a multi-layer paper with poly inner liner bag.
Processing The ingredients are mixed under high shear and vacuum in a Stephan-like mixer and heated to about 87 °C for hot filling into cup.
Shelf life Cheese spread in unopened packaging has a shelf life of 12 months under refrigerated conditions (2-7 °C).
Licensing Local licensees/purchasers of Crème de la Ferme have opportunity to add local herbs, spices etc to enlarge their product assortment.
Shipping Cost for freight, local legislative requirements, import duties, certifying for Halal, Kosher, GOS, etc. are charged extra.
Additives Cheese spreads made of Crème de la Ferme DO NOT CONTAIN ingredients and additives such as: analog cheese and vegetable fats, E339 Sodium salts of phosphoric acid, E452 Sodium polyphosphate, calcium polyphosphate, ammonium polyphosphate.
